Holiday Cottage Booking Terms

Terms & conditions of booking your accommodation

Provisional bookings are subject to receipt of a deposit of 50% of the price within 7 days of booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Upon receipt of your cheque we will forward confirmation and travel details.
In the event you need to cancel the deposit will be refunded in full up to 8 weeks before arrival. Within 8 weeks of arrival the balance will be refunded in full but the deposit will only be refunded if the cottage is re-let.
Prices fully inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen, bath and tea towels. Initial supply of logs included.

The cottage will be available after 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Times can be flexible depending on bookings either side.
